Dentist says I need an operation on my jawbone to prepare for implants. Is this accurate?

my dentist said i need an operation on my jaw bone because there isn\’t enough bone there to hold the implants i need. I\’m a very, very nervous patient and this doesn\’t sound great but i need the implants. What does he mean by the operation? what will it involve and is it really necessary?,

My tooth has been extracted, but dentist said implant can’t be placed for a month or two. Why is this?

Hygienist said I would not be able to replace missing teeth with implants, is this true?

I went to see a hygienist because i had severe gum disease and unfortunately lost some of my teeth. He said that there will be no chance for me being able to replace those missing teeth with implants, which is what i wanted to do but isn\’t it up to the dentist to decide that?? what do you think?,

The crown placed over my implant has fallen off. It was brand new, will dentist replace it free?

The crown that was placed over the implant has come off! So all you can see is the metal screw, i\’m due to see my dentist to get this fixed but I didn\’t do anything to make the crown to fall off so am I likely to receive a new one for free? It was brand new!,
