Q. Hello there! Just a little enquiry about dental implants, is the root replaced? If not, when the tooth is extracted will the root be extracted too because won\’t that be very painful when the sedation wears off? thank you,,
A. The implant = the root replacement. Usually not too sore in 95% of patients as long as they do the post op instructions.
