A. That sounds feasible These treatments are expensive due to the costs of materials and the time involved. Plus from the sound of it you need to see a specialist and specialists usually charge more than general dentists to reflect there additional learning. i.e. In my specific situation, I have spent an additional 3 yrs at university than a general dentist.
