I have installed an implant but couldn’t close it properly, could you guide me on how i can do this?

Q.
Dear Sir,
i am a general dentist and i used to do dental implants.
but i am facing a problem that i have removed a tooth # 46 having severe buccal bone loss. after that i had installed an implant and then after putting a graft i have sutured the tissues but i have failed to close it completely.
and still its didn’t get closed completely.
kindly guide me that how will i have to design a flap and which will completely cover the wound. Kind Regards!
A.
I think you need to use a connective tissue graft to cover the exposed area, perhaps you should refer the patient to a periodontist to carry this out if you’re uncertain
