I think my dental crown is loose, what should I do?

Q. I had a crown on implant placed approx 2 weeks ago on my front tooth next to post crown on the other front tooth. Although I am unable to move the tooth when i try to with my fingers etc, touching the back top of the tooth with my tongue it feels spongy and like it is loose. I am reluctant to re-visit the dentist as im not sure the crown is loose, but it is bothering me daily. Im wondering if because I have had a temporary bridge in for so long (around 8 month) and this came loose twice, whether i am getting some false sensation, and just imagining it, is this possible? many thanks for any advice.,
A. you need to go back and have it reviewed. At woodborough House and in Harley Street we review all cased 1-2 weeks after fitting just for this reason.
