I think my implant may have fallen out, but is this the case?

Q. Hey, Im 20 in good overall health, and I recently had a single dental implant placed in the front right upper region, my right front tooth. The healing abutment was protruding through my gums, so my dentist insisted on doing a skin graph to cover the metal. A week later I was rinsing out my mouth after trying some hot sauce, and felt like something was missing. I have no pain, no bleeding, but I believe my implant has fallen out completely. How would I be able to tell if this occurred? Signs/Symptoms?,
A. You would of noticed if the implant had ome out you would be able to see the socket where it was lost, You need to go back to your dentist and get him to take a look, if it has failed then you need to discuss your options of having a new implant replaced.
