Is it possible to have implants done at a school of dentistry?

A. I\’m not aware of any of the current dental schools offering this option as it is not currently part of the core teaching for dentists. Some universities and other course providers offer training for dental implants and may offer the opportunity to have treatment provided by a dentist being trained under supervision.
