Q. I have just had the second stage carried out on 3 implants lastTuesday. Today one of the gold screws came loose and fell out of the implant. I have been taking antibiotics as a precaution since Wednesday but I am worried as my dentist is out of the country till next Monday and I am not sure how serios this is. Also can I eat or will it infect the implant as there is no cover over the hole in my gum. thanks for you reply,
