My teeth were knocked out in an assault, how can I get them replaced for free?

Q. i\’m unemployed and lost 2 of my teeth recently in an act of assault they beat me and knocked my teeth out this was completely unprovoked. How can i get my teeth replaced through the nhs? i heard that implants aren\’t available on the nhs. I don\’t know what else to do any help is appreciated, thank you.,
A. Unfortunately dental implants are not provided on an NHS basis. You may be able to recover some treatment costs through Victim Support Schemes but this can often be a long process and there is no guarantee that you would recover the full costs. There are other alternatives to replacing missing teeth such as partial dentures or dental bridges that may be suitable for you. You would need to have a consultation with a dentist to find out what options are available to you. Regards George Glover BDS MSc
