A. Hi It is always best to do implants in the country you are in beacuse if any thing goes wrong during surgery or after surgery, then this can be dealt with the surgeon Of course there are reasons why dental implants are cheap in some places. Remember you get what you pay for. I have seen so many cases go wrong because the patients has had cheap implants and then it ends up costing them more to correct it. Do your research carefully!
