Q. Which of a dental crown and a dental implant is the safest option for a missing tooth. My tooth was extracted a while ago now and I have a temporary tooth in for some time, but I hate that. Need to get it sorted properly.
A. Not following you unfortunately. If you need a dental implant, you are past having a crown as the tooth has been extracted. If you mean a bridge, then it depends on the state of the adjacent teeth.
