A. You will find your new denture will be loose for the fist couple of weeks this is because your gums are shrinking you will be able to have it relined so its fixed more acurately. You can have an implant retained denture, this is a denture which you still take out but is fixed firmly onto 3 or 4 implants cost approx £5000.00 your other option is 4-6 implants with a fixed bridge on top this you cant remove yourself the cost for this is approx £13000.00
