Q. I have a denture but I find that it never feels all that well fitted into my mouth. I have heard that implants can help to make dentures more secure in the mouth. Is there any truth to this?
A. Yes, implants can be used to hold dentures in place during function but they still need to be removed for cleaning. It will be a great improvement for most people.
