Can you get help on NHS for dental implants?

Q. My good friend used to have beautiful teeth up until about 4 years ago when she admitted she had Bulimia. This had an effect upon her teeth and since then she has lost all the top and 8 on the bottom all taken out because of problems from the Bulimia. This girl is agorophobic and wont let people see her ( she hides her mouth ). She has got dentures but she does not wear them as they hurt/dont fit well. She has a couple of mental health issues but this is the main one- not going out; she feels that everyone is talking about how bad her teeth are behind her back. She is in receipt of Disability living allowance would she get help on the NHS for dental implants – I think it would change her life back in to the outgoing person she was. Thank you.
A. she should contact her local PCT and ask for advice on where to go next
