Is dental implant a treatment you can get at your normal dentist or is required to go to some kind of specialist? I don’t think my dentist offers this treatment, which is why I ask.

Dental crown good alternative to dental implants?

Is a dental crown a good alternative to dental implant? My dentist said I could have both but I can not afford dental implants at the moment. I would like to get them in the future though.

Replacements available for missing teeth due to gum disease?

Should I be concerned that implant is still bleeding?

I got a dental implant in a tooth to the back of my mouth in my upper jaw. I have had it for about a month now and the bleeding had stopped. Now, today when I cleaned my teeth I found that there was some blood. I was gentle with the area. Should I be concerned that there is still blood coming from this area?

Will I be okay for braces even thoguht I have dental implant?

I have had a dental implant for around a year now and have no problems with it. I would really like to sort out the rest of my teeth by getting them straightened, but have heard that getting braces is not possible if you have a dental implant. Can you please tell me if this is true, or if there is a particular type of braces that are good when there are implants involved?

How long before I know implant is a success?
