If i have an implant fallen to the ground and i have scican statim 2000 that a cycle of 3.5 minutes with temperature 135°C and pressure 212 Kpa and i use tiologic implant from dentaurum company could it affect the surface treatment of the fixture if i use this cycle for sterilization and what i can do in this case ??
my second question can i do an implant for a patient have 18 years or above and this patient have a good medical history?

Just use another one they don’t cost that much. It depends on the patient but most time syes you can do an implant on an 18 year old patient but warn them of the possibility of late bone growth
