Should I get an implant or a bridge?

Q. My dentist has said that I can have a bridge or an implant to replace my missing tooth. Which would you advise for long term results. Money is not too much of an issue as I want to get this sorted.
A. Each case is different and it would be best to look at your mouth to answer that question.

A bridge involves cutting down adjacent teeth for support and therfore possibly reducing the prognosis of those teeth in the future. Implants do not involve cutting down teeth and is simply replacing the old tooth or teeth. In most situtaion , implants would be a better choice, but each case is different.
