Q. Hello, I had to have a molar extracted and am now undecided whether I should get a dental implant or bridge? I am twenty two years old if that makes any difference. Would you be able to offer me any advice on this matter?
A. If the teeth either side of the gap are in good condition you should try to go for the implant. Drilling these teeth down for a bridge will generally lead to problems in the future if and when the bridge fails
