My implant hurts but the x-ray shows everything is fine, what could be wrong?

I had a two-one implant about 7 months ago. It hurts when pressure is applied to it and continuously throbs. The surgeon says the X-ray shows everything to be perfect. What may be wrong?,

Is there ever a possibility that after an implant is placed the crown is placed straight in too?

I’m experiencing terrible pain from my right jaw since having the implants, what should I do?

two weeks ago I had 2 implants in my right jaw. I have terrible pain since then. The place of the implants are 5 and 6 but implant 5 is very close to tooth number 4 (approximately 3mm ) Is it normal? Can it be related to the nerve system? Thanks,
