Due to peridontal disease all of my teeth are going to be extracted, i was informed about dental implants can i get a full mouth set? if i do can i have them in as soon as the teeth have been extracted? thanks for your time,

Hi I\’ve had my dentures replaced recently and decided I hate them. They stick out and look very false and they cost me a lot of money! I am considering dental implants but I need a full set placing in. Would you recommend a full set of dental implants or are the risks of failure too high in your opinion?
