What should I do about badly infected gums?

Hi I’m 15 and about 3 years ago my dentist told me there was somthing that was eating at the roots of my gums. It got very bad and now my bottom front teeth are just cluttered ontop of eachother with no gum beneath them holding them in place. it is very bad and I don’t know what to do. Its very embarasing and I have lost 2 bottom teeth do to it. I have no dental care and I really need help..can you please help me.,

I have had bad breath since getting implants. Is there something wrong?

Since getting my implants and it having healed I have started getting bad breath. This is a porblem I have never suffered from before doctor and I am at a loss how to disgnose it. Is it to do with the implant? I presume it must be, is there something wrong?,
