What can be done to treat my decayed tooth caused by trauma?

December 28th, 2011
Q.
Hi, I had a chipped tooth about about 2 years ago, because of this my tooth decayed over the time and there was a big hole in the tooth. I have not called a dentist over that period, but recently this tooth broke out. the root of the tooth is still in the gum, I can see it but it is decayed looking. I do not know what procedure involving for treatment. I wonder could you please advice what can be done to replace the falling tooth. Kind regards,
