Is the dental implant procedure performed at the dentist or is it necessary to go the hospital to get it done? I am having four dental implants, if that makes any difference. Also, would you usually recommend a patient take a day or two off work after the prcedure or is this not necessary?

How can dental implants help to secure dentures?

How do implants help to support dentures?

I have decided that I am going to get some dental implants to help support my complete denture. However, I would appreciate it if you could tell me how many implants would generally be required to add support to a complete denture? Also, how do the implants help to support them. I find that my denture feels out of place quite a bit and it can be a hastle.
