Q. Are there more risks involved in the implant procedure than with something like dentures, what with drilling into the gum? Also, why are implants so costly in comparison to some of the other similar treatments?
A. Obviously implants are a lot more of a complex treatment than dentures, this is one of the reasons the treatment is comparitively more expensive.
