Q. I am going to be getting a complete denture for my upper teeth. I understand that dental implants can help a great deal in holding dentures in place but I am unable to afford them at the moment. I would like to know if it is possible to get dental implants at a later date to help support the dentures?
A. Thanks for your question, Yes the implants can be placed at a later date and either have a new denture made or if possible modfiy the old denture to fit the new implants.
