Q. i\’ve just had two dental implants (front teeth) because they were knocked out, just wondering how long will they last? can i get replacements if anything goes wrong because they cost quite a lot of money. regards,
A. If they are well maintained and your oral hygiene is good they should last you 20 years plus. You can have them replaced if they fail as long as there is sufficient bone.
