Q. How many tooth implants and attachments would be needed when all the top teeth are missing. Would it be best to go with a denture or some other tooth attachments?
A. Each case is individual. Of course the more imlpants the better, and for a full restoration of the upper I always recommend 6 as a minimum. In some circumstances a removble denture attached to a bar may be better than a fixed bridge. I would recommend a consultation to clearly discuss your options.
