Q. I wanted implant but my dentist has now told me that I am going to need the bone grafting treatment before I can go ahead. I am not all that sure about this treatment. How much will it add to the cost of my already extortionate implants? Also, entirely safe procedure as it sounds ominous to me!
A. Bone grafting is a quite a big procedure but is often the only way to provide the foundation for the implant in order to create the best result both functionally and aesthetically. the procedure is often carried out with sedation to help people who are a bit anxious
