Q. I\’ve had two large gaps in between the first two teeth at the top and the first two teeth on the bottom jaw. They\’ve been there my whole life and braces haven\’t cured these gaps. my dentist has mentioned mini implants but i\’ve heard that they don\’t have a great track record. Can you give me some advice/recommendations?,
