Should I have remaining teeth removed and replace with implants?

I now have seven upper teeth remaining and 8 lower, all of which makes me have a very bad smile. I am going to get dental implants but there is something I would like to know. If many of my teeth have already fallen out because of decay is there a good chance that my remaining teeth will follow suit? Should I therefore just get the remaining teeth removed and get all dental implants?

Implants help me lost teeth due to gums receding?

My gums have been receding away for some time now and becuase of my fear of the dentist I have been too scared to go to the dentist and get my problem sorted. Now my gums are in a terrible condition and this is affecting my teeth. I have already had several fall out. What would be your advice to help me? Can implants help improve my smile and confidence? What can be done about teeth crumbling away due to gum disease?

Is it possible to get implants and dentures on the same day?

It is for my upper mouth that I am asking and I think I would possibly need a partial denture if this does in fact work with implants.
