Q. Hi My question is about implants. Are implants held by cement on the posts. I am told that they come off by themselves in a year or months. Is there no technique available that allows a mechanical fastening? Your detailed reply would be highly appreciated. Regards

Crowns can be cemented or screwed into the implants. Crowns should not come out by them selves after a year.
