Q. I have read that you need to wait about three months or so before the replacement tooth can be attached to the dental implant after it is implanted. Does this mean that I am going to have an obvious gap in my teeth for all that time? Please say it ain’t so.
A. It ain’t so! Sometimes implants can be placed with a temporary tooth on the same day. However, this is a technique best used by very low handicappers.
