I have been told by my dentist that I am going to have to get dental implants but I also want to get veneers. Due to bad finance at the moment as with many other people I am finding it difficult tog et the money together and a loan is out of the quwestion. Can I get implants to replace upper denture?

Dr Moore, I am in my 50’s and am considering replacing my upper denture(almost full arch) with dental implants. I have been informed that I would need a bone graft and a sinus augmentation to do the implants. As I have an aging mouth with poor lip support, deep laugh lines and marionette lines due to the loss of teeth and use of denture for about 30 years, kindly advise whether dental implants with bone augmentation can help to provide better lip support and alleviate the laugh and marionette lines. Can I get an implant to replace tooth that had to be removed?

When I was younger I had a root canal that went wrong and my front tooth has to be removed. The dentist did his best to save it but said it was too far gone and that tooth needed to be removed. I am now with a fake tooth that looks and feels horrible and makes me looks stupid. What can I do? Can I get implants?,

Can I get bridge to replace unstable bridges?

Dear Dr Moore I have had a bridge fitted at the front as my two front teeth were knocked and became very unstable. I am considering implants but I’m not sure if that can happen now I have had a bridge . What is the procedure ? What treatment would be best to replace lost crown?

My crown that I got three years ago has fallen out. It was feeling strange in my mouth abit loose sometimes when i bit down. Now, it is gone at there is once again a horrible gap in my mouth that makes me hate to smile. What of the toth replacement options would you say is best for me? The rest of my teth are in good conditiona and there is no gum disease.
