Q. I had dental implants 4 weeks ago in my upper jaw. They seem to have healed fine except when I bite on the tooth next to one of the implants it hurts. I have a check up in 3 weeks but wonder whether I need to get this looked at before my appointment. Thanks,
A. I would phone your dentist for some advice he may want to take a quick look before your next appointment just to rule out any infection.
