Q. It is suspected I may have Osteonecrosis, I have gum shrinkage and bone loss in an area that currently has a bridge, (3 molars). My specialist (NHS) recommends removing the bridge and fitting a denture. Would I be a candidate for dental implants.,
A. If you do have Osteonecrosis then you probably wouldn\’t be a good candidate for implants. I would seek advise from a specialist Maxillofacial surgeon.
