I am currently considering implants on my upper jaw along with sinus lift/bone graft. I still have some baby teeth which need removing, and some of the sound adult teeth will be crowned and a fixed bridge will be fitted on implants I currently wear a upper denture which covers my existing teeth and obviously gives fullness in my mouth. I have recently been treated for the periodontal problem. I know this is a complex case, but I would like to know whether I can achieve a fairly good lip/mouth profile after as when I remove the denture I am really flat mouthed.
