I’m considering implants but have a number of problems that might affect this, will i still be able to achieve a good mouth profile?

Q.
I am currently considering implants on my upper jaw along with sinus lift/bone graft. I still have some baby teeth which need removing, and some of the sound adult teeth will be crowned and a fixed bridge will be fitted on implants I currently wear a upper denture which covers my existing teeth and obviously gives fullness in my mouth. I have recently been treated for the periodontal problem. I know this is a complex case, but I would like to know whether I can achieve a fairly good lip/mouth profile after as when I remove the denture I am really flat mouthed. I look forward to hearing from you.

I need to see you for a proper assessment but it will be important for your implant dentist to know that when the denture is out the lip support is lost, sometimes implants can’t provide this support so talk it through with him we you next see him.
