I Have Little Money For Implants, Why Won’t My Dentist Refer Me? Should I Seek A Second Opinion?

Hello Dr Fahey. My dentist will not refer me to kings college for referral for implants. My dentures make me gag. I can’t really afford to pay but could pay a little towards them. Please help me as I am desperate walking around with no teeth and I feel ashamed and I just cover my mouth up when talking to anyone. When I asked for a referral the first time, I only had a few teeth were missing but my dentist still wouldn’t. Can you have a second opinion when it comes to a dentist? Thank you for taking the time to answer my questions.

Can I get financial help for teeth that are in bad state?

Hello. I have a problem and need advice and help. Through years of neglect (sweets, sugary drinks etc) and lack of brushing, i have had to have teeth removed and fillings done. I completely admit this is my fault and sadly, now i am grown up, i am suffering the consequences. I have 4 missing on my bottom row and 2 missing from my top row. My two front teeth have fillings. Another reason for these problems is a fear of dentists, so i’ve not seeked help when younger. I appreciate this may also cost a lot and wonder if there is any financial help available. Thankyou for your time,

Is the price of £1,000 my daughter has been estimated for dental implants accurate?

my daughter has a bridge 2 front teeth, and just been told there is a problem cant be re rewed, due to a problem. she has been told she will have to have a plate she is only 27 and does not want this he said she can have implants but will cost about £1,000. she is a 1 parent family on income support. is this right.,

Is there any way I can find financial help to cover my dental costs?

Hello I am English but live in Norway must just tell you that I receive zero income from either Norway & UK? long story just wondered if it were possible(somehow) to find financial help? if not will have to try myself. The problem is it costs £100 for a simple clean..my gums are gone,my remaining teeth are loose and the pain increases almost daily..I would give anything for implants but can my crooked loose teeth be helped as well as implants(mini) for the already missing teeth. I know you have to see me ..but some idears appreciated all the best.,
