Due to an infection within a root canal /crowned lower molar tooth my dentist has proposed extraction, bone graft and implant. I am planning to go ahead with extraction and graft due to the risk of infection spreading, but unsure yet of implant. May just try living with the gap – do you strongly recommend against this, and why?,
