Q. Hello there! Just a quick question. What materials can be used for dental implants and in your opinion which is the best one? I would like the minimum risk of implant failure and would like it to last a long time. Money is not a problem. Thank you.,
A. Dental implants are made from titanium. I personally use astra and feel that it is one of the better ones on the market.
