Are dental implants best option for missing tooth?

Q. One of my teeth had to be extracted because it had been decayed beyond rescue. At the time I could not afford any further treatment and so the gum has healed. Whenever I smile the gap is evident and it is really getting me down. I am now employed and have saved up money for an implant, but was wondering if I am okay for them. The guim has healed but will this make any difference. Are implants the best option for a missing tooth? What would be a good tooth attachment for a single implant?
A. As a general rule implants are the best option for most gaps and most patients. you would need a scan or x-ray first to measure the bone and decide if the bone is suitable for an implant. Let me know if you’d like me to take a look and give you a quote for the treatment. Andrew- 08443 87 87 88
