I am 50 year old male active Mixed Martial artist and have full upper lower denture for over 25 years i had implants done over 4 years ago in Baku and before i had the with the removable type they where just caps and the dentures fitted perfect, now the ball type fixing are in my teeth are now sticking out further than before and cause problems during training, can i get fixed full denture now i have total 6 implants 4 upper 2 lower,
A. If you have extra implants placed it could be possible to join these to the existing implants and construct fixed teeth. as a rule you need at least 6 implants for a fixed bridge. ask your surgeon to scan the bone to see if there is enough for extra implants. Most importantly wear your mouth guard after the treatment is completed
