Hello Dr Glover. I am writing on behalf of my 18 year old daughter who has baby teeth still for two of her teeth. They are receding back into the gum and the dentist has suggested getting them removed. Would you say this is necessary or can they stay there. Also, seen as this is an implant website could you tell me if implants would be a good option if she does have teeth removed?,

Can you recommend any specialists who would charge less for dental implants?

I have been advised to see a local dentist for implant treatment of possibly 4 implants. The cost, apart from assessment. x rays etc. is £2800 each.Could you recommend other specialists who may charge less or, as I have familiy in the Netherlands and Sweden, whether it may be better or more economic to look there for treatment? My dentist told me that I am going to need implants. This came out of the blue for me and I was not expecting it at all. Why had he not noticed that there was a problem in the first place on our previous check-ups is what I would like to know. I need an implant but my main nerve is set too high, any advice?

i\’ve had an xray to look at replacing 3 teeth bottom left but my main nerve sits quite high and the pin used to secure implants is a set length so i\’ve been told implant stem needs to be short as cutting into that nerve is not good, is there an answer when main nerve so high, thanks,

How much would the bone augmentation cost on top of the implants?

My dentist has told me I need implants but has then told me that I also need bone augmentation. This sounds scary to me but if its for he cause of good teeth then I can make an exception. How much would this add on to the cost of implants though, please?,
