How can I receive implants from Kings College Hospital?

Q. I lost 3 teeth at the front in an accident nearly 2 years ago. Since then I have tried dentures but cannot get on with them as they make me gag. As a result I now have no confidence and am finding it very difficult to get a job due to this. I have asked my dentist about free implants as I am unemployed but they state I may not meet the criteria so I keep coming to a dead end. I have been told that free implants are available at Kings College hospital but need some advice on how to proceed with this or other alternatives. Please help as I am desperate.,
