Q. Most of the teeth in my upper mouth are missing and the rest are on the way out. I have come to the conclusion that I may as well just get rid and get dental implants. I think a denture seems like a good idea as the implants are able to hold it in place well as far as I know. Would you be able to give me an estimate on how much it would cost for how ever many implants are needed for the upper mouth and a denture?
A. As a guide an upper full denture held with 4-6 implants will cost in the region of £6000-8000.
