A. Sorry, I am not really in the position to be available to reccomend someone in the north east. A good place to start is finding someone who is on the specialist list in Restorative or Prosthodontics. This can be done by searching the GDC register on there website. I do not have any knowledge of the official cosmetic dentistry board.
