Q. I broke my tooth in an accident and my dentist placed a crown on it.. the thing is it\’s turned black (my whole tooth) and it\’s on the front it\’s VERY noticeable. Should I have the full tooth removed and replaced with an implant, what do you think?,
A. you need to have an examination and they can advise you about this, hopefully you will be able to have a crown or veneer after it is Root treated if it is necrotic.
