Q. what is the smallest gap size (i.e.width) for a single implant? I had a lateral incisor removed over 20 years ago and have had a winged bridge ever since. I would like a single implant but whhen i checked many years ago the gap prob only 2 or 3 cm wide was too small. Is this still the case?,
A. I guess you mean 2-3mm, in which case it is too small for an implant
