Q. I feel i need a full mouth reconstruction. My full set of top teeth had to be extracted and my bottom set of teeth aren\’t doing to great either. One side of my face appears to be \’sloping\’ and i have a terrible lisp. Money isn\’t an option for me so please tell me what you can suggest as i am very desperate to have a nice smile again, thank you.,
