Q. Ho much would a complete set of dentures cost for upper mouth with implants? How many implants needed? All but three teeth at front of mouth missing.,
A. For an upper overdenture I would recommend a minimum 5 to 6 implants. The costs really depends on 1. quality of dental implants chosen 2. locators or bar attachments 3. quality of teeth used for denture 4. is bone grafting or sinus lifts required etc Therefore costs can be between £6000 to £12000
